The morning of the Spring Open dawned bright and clear with the early arrivals at LSC checking in at 08:45, ready for a 09:30 kick off. Teams had been drawn into groups of four and after welcoming our guests from Cork, play got under way.
A great day of competition amid friendly banter was had by all in glorious sunshine, apart from one deluge that stopped play for half an hour and briefly flooded the pistes!
Thanks must go to Mary, Mel and the team for a lovely lunch, and of course to Cary, who organised the event with panache and was the chief scorer, umpire, and presenter of prizes.
