Bath Open – August 21 2016
This is our first year holding the Bath Open at Larkhall Sports Club (LSC) and we want it be a big success reflecting the new facilities that the Club now occupy.
We will be starting on Friday evening, August 19th, 6.00 p.m, with some refreshments, time to practice some boules before the big day, and also holding the official draw for Sunday’s competition. Please do come along and join in.
This year there will be a cup for the best placed City of Bath Petanque Club team as well as cash prizes.
We also need volunteers to help with the following:
- Serving tea, coffee and cakes throughout the day. Please contact Mary Bradridge if you are able to spare some time on the 21st.
- Setting up for the event and breaking down the site after the prize giving. Please contact Di Greenaway if you can assist with these important tasks.
Additionally, Chris McGinn is organising the raffle and is still in need of more raffle prizes. The raffle is a good source of income for the club so if there is anything you can give please contact him directly.
