The Annual General Meeting of Great Western Region of the English Pétanque Association will be held on Sunday 19th March 2017 2.00pm at Larkhall Sports Club, Charlcombe Lane, Larkhall, Bath BA1 8DJ by kind permission of the City of Bath Pétanque Club.

There will be elections for 3 officers to the committee. Further information is available on the GWR website. Please do read and discuss this with your fellow club members as the regional committee are very keen to fill the posts that have been vacant for some time – Competitions Manager and Youth Development Officer. If unable to attend the AGM there is a proxy voting form.
