Bath City Petanque Club

CoBPC open again!

We’re on the piste again!

The Club re-opened its doors again for Restricted Play from Monday 29th March and we have put in place a series of measures to safeguard access to LSC, our Club grounds, and of course the safety of our members. These measures are based on our own COVID-19 Risk Assessment and using this and the Petanque England guidelines we have produced a set of Club specific Rules for LSC. Acceptance of these is a pre-condition for return to Restricted Play at the Club.

These measures are aimed at making our members as safe as possible; however, it is for individuals to decide if they wish to play based on personal circumstances. Members play at their own risk.

We will be running our full weekly programme of Club sessions on Saturday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. The new norm means we are limiting the number of available pistes per session and this has a knock-on effect on the number of members who can attend each session.

To manage and control numbers at LSC we have instituted a booking system which must be used.  Please remember we are operating a strict ‘no book, no play’ policy; you cannot turn-up on the day and expect to play.

Play at Queen Sq is not subject to pre-booking restrictions.

If  you’ve not attended one of our new Restricted Play sessions do come along as we are looking forward to seeing you again.

At present we cannot accept non-members without prior arrangement, so please use the Contact Us menu if you require any information about the Club and our facilities.
