4 Way Competition against Jersey, Suffolk and GWR teams

This weekend the City of Bath team are taking part in a four way pairs competition at LSC. It promises to be a very competitive day of boules when our 8 pairs will compete against teams from Jersey, Suffolk and GWR.

The all-day event is made up of 3 matches before lunch and 3 after lunch. As it is a team event, the cup will be presented at the end of the day to the winning team.

Registration for the event starts at 8.15am for a 9.00am start. Matches will be played to the full 13 points and will not be timed.

Food and refreshments will be available for purchase throughout the day. Pizzas will be available after the competition has finished, but these are pre-order only. Please contact Di Greenway for more information on choices and costs.

To complement this event, on Sunday morning the club will be hosting an Open Melee. This will give all members the opportunity to play both with and against players from the visiting teams. Don’t waste this opportunity to hone your skills!
