For those who want to take it beyond the informal, there is plenty of opportunity to become more seriously involved.

The Pétanque Club provides regular coaching sessions to help members improve their skills, organises internal club events and forms teams to play in friendly and league matches against other clubs. We also arrange overseas trips to play against overseas clubs and join in and experience the culture of the countries visited.

The club is now based at Larkhall Sports Club where we have 2 terrains allowing us to have up to 16 lanes. A Club house is available for use by members, there is parking on site and we also have floodlights. Use of the pistes is free to all club members.
